IN-PERSON REQUIREMENTS
CPMA In-Person Assessment Requirements
CPMA is looking for middle school students with a passion for exploring and creating ART!
We want students who want to use their creativity to tell their stories and share their ideas.

To apply to the CPMA In-Person:
Schedule your Admission Evaluation.
Come a little early on the day of your evaluation to check-in. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move, as your assessment will be filled with several creative activities!
You are welcome to bring a bottle of water.

In your evaluation, you will have the opportunity to explore each of the art pathways CPMA has to offer.
Upon completion of your Assessment rotation, you will have an opportunity to speak with Assessment Specialists and talk about your love for your art, and what you would like to explore.
Be prepared to:​
​1. Introduce yourself. Include:

Your first and last name

The grade you will be entering in the Fall

2. You may be asked the following some of the following questions:

Why are you interested in attending CPMA?

What art pathways do you want to explore at CPMA?

What do you love about the arts?

3. Share with us! (Optional)
If you have artwork, writing or other items you have brought that you would like to share, we would love to see it!

If you already have a passion for a specific art, we will do our best to start your evaluation rotation on the artform you enjoy most. Once completing this cycle, you may go directly to the assessment specialists to discuss your passion.
